The section of Interstate 44 beginning one-half (0.5) mile south of the State Highway 36 interchange extending north to the U.S. Highway 70 interchange in Cotton County shall be designated as the “William Mark Miller Memorial Highway”. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the highway.
