Title 69. Roads, Bridges, And Ferries: James E. and Rose H. Benson Memorial Highway

The east and west lanes of State Highway 64 extending from the
intersection of County Road 300 to the intersection of County Road
350 west of Alva, Oklahoma, shall be designated as the “James E. and
Rose H. Benson Memorial Highway”.  The Department of Transportation
shall cause suitable permanent markers to be placed on the highway
bearing that name.  In addition, the cemetery located north of the
intersection of County Road 350 and State Highway 64 known as “Star
Cemetery”, which is the final resting place of the Bensons and other
settlers of the area shall also have a sign with the name “Star
Cemetery” placed on the right-of-way at the intersection indicating
the location of the cemetery.
