Title 69. Roads, Bridges, And Ferries: Hearing objections

When the report shall have been so returned, the governing body
of the city or board of county commissioners shall appoint a time
for holding a session to hear any complaints or objections that may
be made concerning the apportionment.  Notice of such hearing shall
be published by the city or county clerk in five consecutive issues
of a daily newspaper or in two consecutive issues of a weekly
newspaper published in the county and in general circulation in the
city or county.  The time fixed for the hearing shall be not less
than five (5) days nor more than fifteen (15) days from the date of
the last publication.
