Title 69. Roads, Bridges, And Ferries: Screening required

Any junkyard or scrap metal processing facility lawfully in
existence on the effective date of this act which is within one
thousand (1,000) feet of the nearest edge of the right-of-way and
visible from the main traveled way of any highway on the interstate
or primary system shall be screened by the person, firm or
corporation operating said junkyard or scrap metal processing
facility in the manner and at locations required by the Commission.
