Common School Fund - Transfer of monies - Condition effect of section. A. At the end of each month after apportioning the collections of that month, the county treasurer shall make a statement to the county clerk of the amount of ad valorem revenue collected pursuant to Section 12a of Article X of the Oklahoma Constitution which are required by law to be transferred to the State Treasurer for deposit in the Common School Fund. The county treasurer shall transfer such monies to the State Treasurer in the manner prescribed by the State Auditor and Inspector. B. The provisions of this section shall not have the force and effect of law unless and until the voters of the State of Oklahoma approve amendments to Section 12a of Article X of the Oklahoma Constitution contained in Enrolled House Joint Resolution No. 1005 of the 1st Extraordinary Session of the 42nd Oklahoma Legislature.
