Oklahoma Code § 67-92

Title 67. Records: Contractor's bond - Term of contract

The person, firm or corporation, to whom any contract may be
awarded under the provisions of this act, shall before entering upon
the duties provided in said contract and prescribed by law, execute
to the State of Oklahoma and file with the county clerk a bond in
the penal sum of not less than Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00),
nor more than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00), according as the
board of county commissioners shall determine, with one or more
sufficient sureties, to be approved by the board of county
commissioners, which bond shall be conditioned for the faithful
performance of said contract and the duties to be performed by said
contractor as fixed by the laws of this state.  The term of said
contract shall be fixed by the board of county commissioners for
such period of time as they may deem advisable, not to exceed two
(2) years.
