Title 67. Records: Procuring documents or copies

It shall be the duty of the county commissioners of such county,
to procure from the United States authorities and the state or

county authorities, or elsewhere, all such maps, tracts, and books,
or official or properly authenticated copies thereof as relate to
any of the lands in such county, and cause the same to be recorded
in the office of the register of deeds of such county, at a fee not
exceeding the actual cost of clerical work necessary for properly
recording same.
