Title 66. Railroads: Purchasers may sell tickets

Any person purchasing a ticket from the authorized office of any
line for the transportation of passengers shall have the right to
sell his ticket or tickets to any person doing business under the
preceding section:  Provided, that nothing herein shall be construed
to prevent any town or city from regulating such business by any law
deemed necessary for the protection of the public.
