Title 65. Public Libraries: Powers and duties of Librarian

The State Librarian is authorized to apply for and receive and
to take advantage of any and all assistance, information, research,
investigations, surveys, grants, appropriations, or allocations of
funds made available for this or any related or allocated purposes
from any source;  to cooperate or undertake joint activities or
programs with any organization or government, including their
agencies or subdivisions, pertaining to the purposes of this act; to
prepare and submit plans, reports, applications, specifications to
appropriate agencies or bodies, to execute any agreements, to employ
and fix the compensation and duties of personnel, and to administer
and direct any programs, plans or projects in connection with any of
the foregoing.
