Title 64. Public Lands: Public auction - Extension of time

The lands authorized to be sold shall be offered for sale to the
highest bidder at public auction in the county in which the land is
situated.  The sale shall be made within six (6) months from the
date of the final approval of the appraisement by the Commissioners,
unless for good cause shown, the Commissioners of the Land Office
extend the time of offering the land for sale for a period not to
exceed one (1) year from the date of the final approval of the
appraisement.
