Title 64. Public Lands: Irrigation and flood control projects - Sale of lands

The Commissioners of the Land Office are hereby authorized to
sell for cash, and convey, subject to oil and gas and mineral rights
therein and for not less than the appraised value, any portion of
the lands held in trust by the State of Oklahoma for school or
public building purposes upon proper showing to them that the lands
are necessary and are to be used in connection with irrigation and
flood control projects which involves the expenditure of state and
federal monies.
