Oklahoma Code § 64-1041

Title 64. Public Lands: Disposition of proceeds

All proceeds of the sale of such land described in the preceding
section shall be sacredly preserved for the use and benefit of the
several funds, institutions, and purposes for which said land was
granted by the United States to the State of Oklahoma, under the
provisions of the Enabling Act, and of any other Acts of Congress,
and by the Constitution, for the uses and purposes, and upon the
conditions and under the limitations for which the same was granted
and the money resulting from such sale shall be handled, disposed of
and used by the state in like manner as the other monies belonging
to the said several funds under the laws of this state.
