Title 64. Public Lands: Fee on natural gas sold to state or political

The Commissioners of the Land Office may charge a fee on natural
gas sold to the state or political subdivisions of the state.  The
fee shall be for the purpose of funding the administrative costs of

the Commissioners of the Land Office for selling and marketing the
gas.
