Oklahoma Code § 64-1017

Title 64. Public Lands: False statements or affidavits – Perjury - Penalty

Any person who shall execute or make any sworn statement or
affidavit containing false information in connection with any
transaction made from the funds held by the Commissioners of the
Land Office shall be guilty of the felony of perjury, a Class D3
felony offense, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a
fine not to exceed Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00), or by
imprisonment as provided for in subsections B through F of Section
20P of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, or by both fine and
imprisonment.
