Oklahoma Code § 63-935

Title 63. Public Health And Safety: Responsibility of Examiner - Delegation of duties

The Chief Medical Examiner shall be directly responsible to the
Board for the performance of the duties provided for in this act and
for the administration of the office of the Chief Medical Examiner.
The Chief Medical Examiner may, however, delegate specific duties to
competent and qualified personnel who may act for the Chief Medical
Examiner within the scope of the express authority granted by the
Chief Medical Examiner, subject, however, to such rules as the Board
may prescribe.
