Oklahoma Code § 63-695.7

Title 63. Public Health And Safety: Liability and immunity

Officers or employees of a jurisdiction rendering aid in another
jurisdiction pursuant to the Oklahoma Intrastate Mutual Aid Compact
shall be considered within the scope of employment of the requesting
jurisdiction for tort liability and immunity purposes.  No
jurisdiction or its officers or employees rendering aid in another
jurisdiction pursuant to the Compact shall be liable on account of
any act or omission in good faith on the jurisdiction of such forces
while so engaged or on account of the maintenance or use of any
equipment or supplies in connection therewith.  Good faith shall not
include willful misconduct, gross negligence, or recklessness.
