Title 63. Public Health And Safety: Uniformity of application and construction

In applying and construing the Uniform Emergency Volunteer
Health Practitioners Act, consideration must be given to the need to
promote uniformity of the law with respect to its subject matter
among states that enact it.

2013.
NOTE:  Text formerly resided under repealed Title 63, § 684.24,
which was derived from Laws 2009, c. 228, § 41, which was held
unconstitutional by the Oklahoma Supreme Court in the case of
Douglas v. Cox Retirement Properties, Inc., 2013 OK 37, 302 P.2d 789
(Okla. 2013).
