Title 63. Public Health And Safety: Preemption

The Catastrophic Health Emergency Powers Act does not explicitly
preempt other laws or rules that preserve to a greater degree the
powers of the Governor or public health authority, provided the laws

or rules are consistent, and do not otherwise restrict or interfere,
with the operation or enforcement of the provisions of the
Catastrophic Health Emergency Powers Act.
