Title 63. Public Health And Safety: Governor’s declaration

A state of catastrophic health emergency may be declared by the
Governor upon the occurrence of a "catastrophic health emergency" as
defined in paragraph 2 of Section 4 of this act.  Prior to such a
declaration, the Governor shall consult with the public health
authority and may consult with any additional public health or other
experts as needed.
