A. Except as otherwise provided by the provisions of this section, any person violating the provisions of the Oklahoma Boating Safety Regulation Act for which another penalty is not provided, upon conviction thereof, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine not to exceed Fifty Dollars ($50.00) for each such violation. B. Any person who violates Section 4213 of this title for which another penalty is not provided, upon conviction thereof, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine of not less than Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) and not more than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00). C. Any person who violates any provision of Sections 4206 through 4212 of this title, for which another penalty is not provided, upon conviction thereof, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine of not to exceed One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) for each such violation.
