Title 63. Public Health And Safety: Use of other competent evidence

The provisions of Sections 3 through 7 of this act do not limit
the introduction of any other competent evidence bearing on the
question of whether the person was under the influence of alcohol or
any other intoxicating substance, or the combined influence of
alcohol and any other intoxicating substance.
