accessories, appurtenances or attachments thereto - Climbing into or upon vessel with intent to commit crime. A. A person who, with intent and without right to do so, injures or tampers with any vessel or motor or in any other manner damages any part or portion of said vessel or motor or any accessories, appurtenance or attachments thereto, upon conviction, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. B. A person who, without right to do so and with intent to commit a crime, climbs into or upon a vessel whether it is in motion or at rest, attempts to manipulate any of the levers, starting mechanism or other mechanism or device of a vessel while the same is at rest and unattended, or sets in motion any vessel while the same is at rest and unattended, upon conviction, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
