Title 63. Public Health And Safety: Altering or forging certificate of title or

Any person who shall alter or forge, or cause to be altered or
forged, any certificate of title issued by the Oklahoma Tax
Commission or Service Oklahoma, pursuant to the provisions of this
title, or any assignment thereof, or who shall hold or use any such
certificate or assignment, knowing the same to have been altered or
forged, upon conviction, shall be guilty of a felony and shall be
punished by a fine of not less than Fifty Dollars ($50.00), and not
more than Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00), or by imprisonment in
the State Penitentiary for a period of not less than one (1) year,
nor more than ten (10) years, or by both such fine and imprisonment,
at the discretion of the court.
