Oklahoma Code § 63-3141.7

Title 63. Public Health And Safety: Attorney fees

In any action or proceeding brought pursuant to Section 5 or 6
of this act, the court shall allow the prevailing plaintiff a
reasonable attorney fee as part of its costs.  If the court
determines that the action or proceeding was brought frivolously or
in bad faith, the court shall allow a prevailing defendant a
reasonable attorney fee as part of its costs.
