Title 63. Public Health And Safety: Consumer education programs

Contractors shall provide consumer education programs to further
maximize energy cost savings. Homeowners shall be encouraged to
actively participate in consumer education programs to minimize
energy-related expenses.  Homeowners shall be responsible for proper
upkeep and maintenance of the weatherization work completed on their
homes.
