Title 63. Public Health And Safety: Oklahoma 9-1-1 Management Authority Revolving Fund

There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund
for the Oklahoma Department of Emergency Management to be designated
the "Oklahoma 9-1-1 Management Authority Revolving Fund".  The fund
shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations,
and shall consist of all monies received by the Oklahoma Tax
Commission from fees designated for support of 9-1-1 emergency
services.  All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby
appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Oklahoma
Department of Emergency Management upon approval by the Oklahoma 9-
1-1 Management Authority for the purpose of supporting the
administration of the Authority and providing grants to public
agencies providing 9-1-1 services.  Expenditures from the fund shall
be made upon warrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims
filed as prescribed by law with the Director of the Office of
Management and Enterprise Services for approval and payment.
