Title 63. Public Health And Safety: Penalties

A person who with intent to deceive provides, wears, uses or
possesses a false identifying device or identification card of the
type described in subsection B, Section 3 of this act, is guilty of
a misdemeanor and upon conviction may be fined not more than Three
Hundred Dollars ($300.00) or imprisoned for not more than ninety
(90) days, or both.
