Oklahoma Code § 63-2356

Title 63. Public Health And Safety: Penalties

Whoever violates the provisions of this act shall be guilty of a
misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to pay a
fine of not less than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) or imprisonment
of not more than one (1) year, or both.
