Title 63. Public Health And Safety: Penalty for violations - Civil liability

Any grocer, druggist, or other person who shall be convicted of
a violation of the provisions of the preceding section, shall be
deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than Ten
Dollars ($10.00) nor more than Fifty Dollars ($50.00), and shall in
addition thereto be liable in damages in civil suit for any damage
resulting from a violation of the preceding section.
