Oklahoma Code § 63-128.6

Title 63. Public Health And Safety: Penalty for violation of §§ 128.4 and 128.5

Any person, partnership or corporation violating any of the
provisions of Sections 23 and 24 of this act shall be fined not less
than Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) nor more than Five Thousand
Dollars ($5,000.00) or by imprisonment in the county jail for a term
not exceeding twelve (12) months nor less than sixty (60) days.
