A. A referral agency that violates this act is subject to a civil penalty in an amount equal to Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each violation. B. The Attorney General or a district attorney may bring an action to recover a civil penalty imposed under subsection A of this section and to restrain and enjoin a violation of this act. The Attorney General or a district attorney may recover attorney fees and litigation costs incurred in bringing the action.
