A. Individuals or entities not certified under the Oklahoma Abortion-Inducing Drug Certification Program that provide drugs for the purpose of inducing abortion are in violation of this act. B. Individuals or entities that provide abortion-inducing drugs to any person or entity that is not certified, or otherwise authorized, to provide abortion-inducing drugs under the Oklahoma Abortion-Inducing Drug Certification Program are in violation of this act. C. A person who intentionally, knowingly or recklessly violates any provision of this act is guilty of a misdemeanor. D. A person who intentionally, knowingly or recklessly violates any provision of this act by fraudulent use of an abortion-inducing drug, with or without the knowledge of the pregnant woman, is guilty of a Class D3 felony offense. E. No civil or criminal penalty may be assessed against the pregnant woman upon whom the drug-induced abortion is attempted, induced or performed.
