A. Nothing in this act shall be construed as creating or recognizing a right to abortion. B. Nothing in this act shall apply to a hospital as defined in Section 1-701 of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes which has a dedicated emergency department as defined in 42 CFR 489.24b.
