A. No food establishment shall place before any patron or employee any Mello-drink product for use as beverage, unless any such Mello-drink product or products are clearly identified, in their original containers, as such or such identification shall be printed on each menu furnished to such patrons and employees, if not served in their original container, in legible type of such size as is used to denote the use of margarine on the menu. B. No food establishment shall serve a Mello-drink product from a bulk dispenser or container of the type customarily used for or associated with or which may be associated with a milk product, unless the bulk dispenser or container is prominently labeled "Mello-drink product".
