Oklahoma Code § 62-604

Title 62. Public Finance: Use on a public security with intent to defraud

Any person who with intent to defraud uses on a public security:
1.  A facsimile signature, or any reproduction of it, of any
authorized officer; or
2.  Any facsimile seal, or any reproduction of it, of this state
or of any of its departments, agencies, or other instrumentalities
or of any of its political subdivisions or districts,
is guilty of a Class D1 felony offense and shall be punishable as
provided for in subsections B through F of Section 20N of Title 21
of the Oklahoma Statutes.
