The State of Oklahoma Building Bonds Commission is hereby authorized and directed to sell and issue Series C of the State of Oklahoma Building Bonds of 1968 in the principal sum of Two Million Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($2,750,000.00) on or about October 15, 1972, under the terms and conditions of Sections 57.121 through 57.136, Title 62 of the Oklahoma Statutes, except where such terms and conditions are superseded by the provisions of this act.
