Oklahoma Code § 62-491

Title 62. Public Finance: Allocation of funds

All funds received by a county under the provisions of Section
33, Title III, of the Act of Congress known as The Bankhead-Jones
Farm Tenant Act, approved July 22, 1937 (7 U.S.C.A. Section 1012),
as revenue from the use of submarginal lands and certain other
lands, shall be apportioned as follows:  One-third (1/3rd) thereof
shall be deposited in the County Highway Fund and the remaining two-
thirds (2/3rds) thereof shall be apportioned to the affected school
districts of the county in direct ratio of the number of acres of
said lands within each school district to the total number of acres
of such lands which were purchased by the federal government under
the provisions of the Bankhead-Jones Farm Tenant Act.
