Oklahoma Code § 62-34.89

Title 62. Public Finance: Education Reform Revolving Fund

There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund
for the State Department of Education to be designated the
"Education Reform Revolving Fund".  The Education Reform Revolving
Fund shall consist of any monies as apportioned by Sections 1353,
1403 and 2352 of Title 68 of the Oklahoma Statutes, Section 312.1 of
Title 36 of the Oklahoma Statutes, Section 1135.5 of Title 47 of the
Oklahoma Statutes and any other funds designated by law for deposit
thereto.  The Education Reform Revolving Fund herein created may be
expended for the purposes stated in Enrolled House Bill No. 1017 of
the 1st Extraordinary Session of the 42nd Oklahoma Legislature, and
in the same manner as appropriated funds.
