Oklahoma Code § 62-34.74

Title 62. Public Finance: Grievance - Remedy

Any vendor of goods or services purchased by or delivered to an
agency of the state whose payment is delayed beyond the forty-five-
day limit and who has not been compensated by payment of interest as
provided for in the Oklahoma State Finance Act may file a grievance
with the Office of the Governor, who shall transmit it to the
Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services.  Upon
receipt of such grievance, the Director shall pay the total amount
of such invoice with interest as required, within fifteen (15) days,
to remedy such grievance.  If the Director determines that the
invoice or interest should not be paid, such determination and the
reasons therefor shall be reported to the Governor and the aggrieved
vendor.
