Stop Initiative. A. There is hereby established the “Oklahoma State Government Geographic Information One-Stop Initiative”. B. The State Geographic Information Coordinator shall develop and maintain an online web presence at the web address “maps.ok.gov”. The site shall allow public access to geodata described in this section. C. The State Geographic Information Coordinator shall promulgate procedures by which each state agency, board, commission and public trust having the State of Oklahoma as a beneficiary shall submit geodata to the Office of Geographic Information to be published on the “maps.ok.gov” website. D. For the purposes of this section, the term “geodata” shall mean information which can be presented as a component of a geographic or spatial presentation. E. State agencies, boards, commissions and public trusts having the State of Oklahoma as a beneficiary shall comply with procedures promulgated pursuant to the terms of this section.
