Title 62. Public Finance: Oklahoma State Government Security Breach

Transparency Initiative.
A.  There is hereby established the Oklahoma State Government
Security Breach Transparency Initiative.
B.  The Chief Information Officer shall develop and maintain an
online web presence at the web address security.ok.gov.  The site
shall allow the public access to security breaches as described in
this section.
C.  For each security breach of a system for which notification
may be required of any state agency pursuant to Section 3113.1 of
Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes or any other applicable Oklahoma
or federal law, rule or regulation, the state agency shall
immediately notify the Chief Information Officer of the breach and
fully cooperate to provide all information related to the breach
that is requested by the Chief Information Officer.
D.  Information related to each security breach referenced in
subsection C of this section shall be posted on the security.ok.gov
website and when applicable the information shall be updated.
