Oklahoma Code § 62-277.2

Title 62. Public Finance: Investments - Interest

The State Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to invest
federal revenue sharing monies in direct obligations of the United
States of America or in certificates of deposits from banks in the
State of Oklahoma, acceptable as depositories, when such
certificates of deposits are secured by acceptable collateral and
yield as much or more than direct obligations of the United States
of America.  Earnings or interest on federal revenue sharing monies
shall be deposited in the Federal Revenue Sharing Fund.
