Oklahoma Code § 62-276.1

Title 62. Public Finance: Creation of fund - Use

There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund
for the Office of the Secretary of State to be designated the
"Revolving Fund for the Office of the Secretary of State".  The
revolving fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal
year limitations, and shall consist of fees and monies received by
the Office of the Secretary of State for reproducing records or
other papers or documents, and such other fees as are directed by
law to be deposited in this fund, and any other miscellaneous
receipts not otherwise directed by law.  All monies accruing to the

credit of said fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and
expended by the Office of the Secretary of State for costs incurred
in performing the duties and functions of the Office.  Expenditures
from said fund shall be made on warrants issued by the State
Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with the
Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for
approval and payment.
