Oklahoma Code § 61-326

Title 61. Public Buildings And Public Works: Disposition of proceeds - Leases for oil and gas purposes

After payment of all costs incurred in the inventory and
appraisal and advertisement and costs of sale, the remaining
proceeds therefrom, and any monies derived from leasing the property
described in Section 324 of this title, shall be deposited in the
Maintenance of State Buildings Revolving Fund.  The leasing for oil
and gas purposes of any such lands and the proceeds therefrom shall
be conducted and handled by the Office of Management and Enterprise
Services pursuant to Section 317 of this title.
