Oklahoma Code § 61-318

Title 61. Public Buildings And Public Works: Lease of property formerly occupied by Russell Girls Home

The Office of Management and Enterprise Services is hereby
authorized to lease the surface of a tract of land consisting of
about ten (10) acres located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, formerly
occupied and used by the state for the Russell Girls Home.  Said
lease shall be only for temporary periods of time, and shall contain
a provision authorizing termination of such lease whenever the needs
of state require said land.  Said lease to be for a period not to
exceed five (5) years with provisions for renewal thereof at the
authorization of the said Office of Management and Enterprise
Services, and to be upon such terms and consideration as the Office
of Management and Enterprise Services deems adequate and proper.
