Unless a contrary intent is manifested in the instrument
creating the power, the donee may appoint all of the property to one
or more of the objects to the exclusion of the others. A direction
to appoint "to", "among" or "between" two or more objects shall not
be a sufficient manifestation of a contrary intent. However, when
the donee is prevented from excluding any object by the instrument
creating the power, each object shall receive an equal share, unless
the instrument creating the power manifests an intent that some
