Title 6. Banks And Trust Companies: Changes in chief executive officer and directors

Every bank and trust company shall report promptly to the
Commissioner any change for whatever reason in the chief executive
officer and directors, including in its report a statement of the
past and current business and professional affiliations of the new
chief executive officer and directors.
