Oklahoma Code § 6-2121

Title 6. Banks And Trust Companies: Penalties

Any person who violates any provision of this act or any
provision of the rules and regulations of the Commissioner is guilty
of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of
not less than the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) for each day
of violation.
