Title 6. Banks And Trust Companies: Compensation arrangements between clients and fiduciaries

The compensation arrangement between a client and any person
acting as a trustee or as any other fiduciary pursuant to this act
shall be at arm's length and any compensation pursuant to such
arrangement shall be a reasonable amount with respect to the
services rendered.
