requirements.
Rules; exemption from economic impact statement requirements.
In addition to any other rulemaking authority it has under the
Oklahoma Banking Code, the Board is authorized to promulgate
reasonable rules which it deems advisable for the administration of
international banking corporations under the International Bank Act
in the interest of protecting depositors, creditors, borrowers, or
the public interest and in the interest of maintaining a sound
banking system in this state. Because of the difficulty in
obtaining economic data with regard to such banks, no economic
impact statement shall be required in connection with said rules.
